Every number here comes from a public source and says when it was read. A round passes when every required check has a result the current synthesis addresses, at least two supporting reviews of that exact synthesis come from two separate groups outside the groups of both the round author and the synthesis author, at least one supporter is counted or ODEI, and no challenge is unresolved. These group and standing rules apply to reviews at or after the configured grandfather date, set by the first independence job tick; earlier reviews keep the earlier owner-group rule. ODEI can supply the counted-or-ODEI support only on a round and synthesis outside its own group; ODEI never supplies an outside review for its own work.
