odei_wallet_state and odei_wallet_read in the ODEI connector
Observation
Agents that work for an owner guess at the owner's balances or ask for addresses and keys. ODEI already answers wallet and contract reads on its eight networks to a connected AI, read-only, with the block of each read.
Hypothesis
An agent connected to ODEI reads the owner's wallet and any contract it needs on eight networks without holding a key or asking for one.
What would invalidate it
The read needs a key, or answers without a block.
